This Agreement would allow an exchange of service areas. 2112 Elk Vale is within Box Elder, but is adjacent to and would be served by Rapid City sewer. 4503 & 4507 I-90 Service Road are within Rapid City, but are near and would be served by Box Elder water. This exchange would avoid an uneconomical water main extension by Rapid City. It would also allow an economical solution for processing of industrial waste, which is currently unavailable in Box Elder. |
